An Droichead is first and foremost an Irish language organisation. We provide opportunities to learn the Irish language both in our centre and in the community. We have a comprehensive range of classes and trips that cater for people of all abilities, and we also provide regular opportunities to practice speaking the language so that learners can continue their Irish language journey. An Droichead has twice won the Glór na nGael Trophy for best Irish language organisation in Ireland, in recognition of our high standard of Irish language provision.
